We celebrated with a big mug of coffee, which is our favourite way to start the day (or month!)
It’s also is the start on the UK Coffee Week – a weeks celebration of all things coffee, starting with a coffee festival this weekend in London. If you want to know more, or get involved, check out their website, www.ukcoffeeweek.com
Whilst researching for this blog we were staggered by the recent coffee statistics launched this week. For example, did you know that:
- 7 billion cups of coffee are drunk in the UK every year
- 50% of espressos consumed in the UK are sold in the South East
- 85% of UK coffee drinkers take theirs with a splash of milk
If you love coffee as much as this, then maybe its time to decorate your kitchen in all things coffee?
We stock a variety of coffee wallpapers, in a range of styles and budgets, there really is something for everyone!
Here is a selection of our favourites.
If you are looking for a contemporary and modern twist on the traditional ‘coffee’ wallpapers, whilst still retaining the coffee feel, then look no further than this paper from Graham & Brown. The paper features large split coffee beans in a dark mahogany colour, set on a bark style backdrop.
This Arthouse wallpaper is stylish and is made up of high quality photos, including coffee beans, coffee art and typography, and is perfect for your kitchen, or as a paper in a coffee shop.
If you are thinking of setting up a coffee shop, or want to redecorate your current shop, why not consider this paper? Its homely feel will make your customers feel welcome at any time of the day.
If you are thinking of a coffee theme, but don’t want anything too ‘obvious’ then why not consider this coffee striped wallpaper? The wallpaper features retro waves, and is a Scandinavian design by designer Nancy Straughan.
We like to think we have something for everyone here at I Want Wallpaper, so we couldn’t sign off without providing something for you tea lovers!
This wallpaper is from Rasch and features coffee cups and teapots, decorated with polka dots. The paper is washable making it ideal for use in a kitchen, or anywhere little people are!
