Q - Can I have my order delivered to an address that is not my billing address?

A - Yes. When completing your order in the checkout there is an option to post your order to an address that is not your billing address. Press this and it will allow you to enter a new address for delivery.


Q - How do I know my order has been received?

A - Once you have completed your order in our online store, you will receive a confirmation email which tells you what you have ordered, the total price, order number and delivery address. This is why it’s important to ensure you have provided us with the correct email address

Q - How long will my order take to arrive?

A - With our standard UK delivery it is estimated that orders will arrive within 2 – 5 working days. For orders over £60, customers are entitled to free next day delivery if placed before midday. Q - Do your prices include VAT?

A - Yes, all of our prices are inclusive of VAT.


Q - Do you take back unused wallpaper?

A - Providing that the wallpaper is unused and in its original packaging, we will accept returns. Rolls are returned at the customer’s own expense. More information here.


Q - If my wallpaper arrives damaged, what do I do?

A - In the event of receiving faulty goods, please contact us for return instructions and we will happy to replace items and/or refund you. We may require photographic evidence if you are unable to send the product back to us.


Q - What forms of payment do I Want Wallpaper accept?

A - We accept payments from all major credit cards and UK debit cards. We also accept payments via PayPal. Online transactions are carried out over a secure internet connection and are encrypted whilst being processed for your security

Q - How can I request my wallpaper to be from a particular batch number?

A - If you would like your paper to come from a particular batch, you can enter the batch number or any other notes when at the basket stage of your order.

Q - Can I sample wallpaper before making a full order?

A - Of course! We understand that customers may want to check the colours and texture of wallpaper before purchasing a full roll. If you would like a sample, then find the wallpaper in our online store and click ‘Order a Sample’ just above the product description. Samples cost 99p and will be despatched via Royal Mail Second Class post.
