Yes, all of our prices are inclusive of VAT.
We accept payments from all major credit cards and UK debit cards. We also accept payments via PayPal and Amazon. Online transactions are carried out over a secure internet connection and are encrypted whilst being processed for your security
Of course! We understand that customers may want to check the colours and texture of wallpaper before purchasing a full roll. If you would like a sample, then find the wallpaper in our online store and click ‘Order a Sample’ just above the product description. Samples cost £1.99 and will be despatched via Royal Mail Second Class post.
If you would like your paper to come from a particular batch, you can enter the batch number or any other notes when at the basket stage of your order.
Yes, when completing your order in the checkout there is an option to post your order to an address that is not your billing address. Press this and it will allow you to enter a new address for delivery.
Once you have completed your order in our online store, you will receive a confirmation email which tells you what you have ordered, the total price, order number and delivery address. This is why it’s important to ensure you have provided us with the correct email address
With our standard UK delivery it is estimated that orders will arrive within 2 – 5 working days. For orders over £60, customers are entitled to free next day delivery if placed before midday. Providing that the wallpaper is unused and in its original packaging, we will accept returns. Rolls are returned at the customer’s own expense. While we are happy to take back rolls we cannot accept back samples for refund. More information on returns can be found here.
In the event of receiving faulty goods, please contact us for return instructions and we will be happy to replace items and/or refund you. We may require photographic evidence if you are unable to send the product back to us.
